Perfect Balance is a dedicated Power Plate® studio in Seaforth on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The owner, Michelle Buley, has over 20 years in the fitness industry, and is very passionate about helping people reach fitness and healthy lifestyle goals.

Michelle opened Perfect Balance in 2008 as she saw the need for Power Plate on Sydney's Northern Beaches and the benefits it could bring. Perfect Balance is Sydney's first fully accredited Power Plate® Training Centre and Michelle is Australia's first Power Plate Master Trainer.
