Michelle Buley Michelle Buley, the owner of Perfect balance, has been in the fitness industry for over 24 years with roles ranging from fitness centre management, teaching group fitness classes through to personal trainer. From 2005 - 2008 Michelle was Australian Master Trainer for Power Plate® and has previously been Australia's Master Trainer for Precision Cycling, and has presented at many Health & Fitness Expo's. Power Plate® is Michelle's specialty and since opening Perfect Balance in January 2008 she has helped 100's of clients improve their health. Using Power Plate Michelle has helped people with multiple schlerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinsons disease, menopause & scoliosis. She has also helped others manage the chronic pain of back and neck injuries. Since opening Perfect Balance 4 years ago, she has helped helped athletes recovering from injury as well as improve their performance by incorporating Power Plate into their training programs. She has helped golfers improve their game by increasing flexibility and power. She has a certificate in Exercise & Pregnancy and enjoys being able to help mums remain active throughout their pregnancy and achieve their goals after giving birth. Qualifications & Education Julie Flowers Julie began using the Power Plate in 2008. She had such a positive experience with it, she went on to get her level I and II certificates in 2009. Julie has watched the changes the Power Plate has made in her clients over the past two years. She is a firm believer in the benefits of using the Power Plate and is excited to continue making a difference in others health. Julie’s experiences as a mother, elite sportsperson and lawyer culminate in her ability to understand and teach each student at the level they need to reach their goal. Julie currently teaches in a variety of studios, schools, retirement centres and corporate offices on the North Shore. Qualifications & Education |
