Pregnancy Classes are safe pre and post-natal classes for keeping in shape before birth and getting back into shape after birth. Focusing on the changing needs of the body when pregnant, with emphasis on the pelvic floor, breathing and toning exercises for the upper and lower body. Swiss balls and small apparatus are used to provide variety and to assist mums to get a good workout despite the reduced mobility or the occasional limitations brought about by pregnancy. Please advise your instructor as to what Trimester you are. Bookings are highly recommended for all classes as numbers are limited! |
